Right Of Security Holder To Take Possession
(1) In the event of default in the performance of obligation, the security holder may take possession or
control of collateral without legal proceedings if the security giver has consented in writing
(2) In the event of default in the performance of obligation, the security holder may, by the order of the Court, take possession or control over the collateral. While issuing such order, the Court shall consider that such
dispute is related with any one event of default in the performance of obligation (3) The security giver may make an appeal to the Supreme Court against an order issued by the Court to dispossess the collateral from the
security giver under this Section.
(4) Subject to the security agreement, the security holder may require the security giver to collect the collateral and make it available to the security holder at a place to be designated by the security holder which is reasonably convenient to both parties.
(5) A security holder may render equipment unusable without removing it from its location and may dispose of collateral at the place of  business or residence of the security giver or any other place where the
collateral is situated or found.
